Conserved allomorphs of MR1 drive the specificity of MR1-restricted TCRs

This study investigates the specificity of the MR1-restricted TCR from clone MC.7.G5. Results show recognition is restricted to the MR1*04 allomorph and is not cancer-specific, reacting to healthy cells expressing MR1*04. G-Rex systems were used to seed and expand CD3+ T cells during the transduction process.

The 4-1BBζ costimulatory domain in chimeric antigen receptors enhances CD8+ T-cell functionality following T-cell receptor stimulation

Manufacturing CD20/CD19-targeted iCasp9 regulatable CAR-TSCM cells using a Quantum pBac-based CAR-T engineering system

Stem cell-derived CAR T cells show greater persistence, trafficking, and viral control compared to ex vivo transduced CAR T cells

Pretreatment with IL-15 and IL-18 rescues natural killer cells from granzyme B-mediated apoptosis after cryopreservation

HER2 and HLA- A*02 dual CAR- T cells utilize LOH in a NOT logic gate to address on- target off- tumor toxicity

Silicone rubber membrane devices permit islet culture at high density without adverse effects

This study demonstrates that G-Rex devices allow for a 20-fold increase in islet seeding density compared to T-flasks without compromising viability or function. Modeling and experiments confirm that the gas-permeable membrane prevents anoxia in high-density cultures.
