This technical video describes how Lovo Cell Processing System uses its innovative spinning membrane technology to delivers automated, functionally closed processing for cell therapy manufacturing. Lovo's spinning membrane, combined with software that enables flexible input volumes and cell concentration outputs, is used for various closed-system cell processing applications, including leukapheresis wash, immunomagnetic separation preparation, cultured cell concentration, and thawed product DMSO removal.

In this case study we interview Arindam Mitra, Head of Advanced Therapies Manufacturing at Guy's and St. Thomas, Biomedical Research Center, on their use of the Lovo cell processing system to support manufacturing of a COVID-19 cell therapy to treat lung fibrosis.
