Towards immunotherapy with redirected T cells in a large animal model: Ex vivo activation, expansion, and genetic modification of canine T cells

This study developed a protocol for generating canine CAR T cells targeting HER2. G-Rex culture devices were used to expand the activated canine T cells, achieving approximately 100-fold expansion in 8 days. The cells demonstrated antigen-specific cytotoxicity against canine osteosarcoma.

Reversal of Tumor Immune Inhibition Using a Chimeric Cytokine Receptor

Optimizing the production of suspension cells using the G-Rex “M” series
