This study develops CS1 and bispecific CS1-BCMA CAR-T cells. Bispecific CAR-T cells were effectively expanded over 180-fold in a 1 L G-Rex system, maintaining a central memory phenotype and demonstrating high specific cytotoxicity against multiple myeloma cells.
