Cytometric analysis of T cell phenotype using cytokine profiling for improved manufacturing of an EBV- specific T cell therapy

Superior Expansion and Cytotoxicity of Human Primary NK and CAR-NK Cells from Various Sources via Enriched Metabolic Pathways

Efficacy of anti-CD147 chimeric antigen receptors targeting hepatocellular carcinoma
This study demonstrates that anti-CD147 CAR-T and CAR-NK cells effectively kill hepatocellular carcinoma cells. To minimize toxicity, a logic-gated GPC3-synNotch system was developed. Transduced NK cells were maintained and expanded in G-Rex 6 multi-well cell culture plates with IL-2.

Discovery of CD80 and CD86 as recent activation markers on regulatory T cells by protein-RNA single-cell analysis

Direct Delivery of piggyBac CD19 CAR T Cells Has Potent Anti-tumor Activity against ALL Cells in CNS in a Xenograft Mouse Model
This study evaluates the efficacy of intracerebroventricular (i.c.v.) delivery of piggyBac CD19 CAR T cells for CNS ALL. Allogeneic FLT3 CAR T Cells with an Off-Switch Exhibit Potent Activity against AML and Can Be Depleted to Expedite Bone Marrow Recovery
